Sit Less, Live Longer


Did you know that sitting down for over 6 hours a day results in a 90% higher risk of premature death? Spending more time exercising doesn't reverse the harm, so the solution is to sit less and stand more often! Although I have a 9-5 desk job, I try my best to get up a few times a day and walk around the block. So grab a work buddy and walk your way to better health!
